As an independent company from any academic research institutes, we have a strong and solid background in Drosophila genetics. Our expert team in molecular biology and microinjection is committed to generating a variety of genetic tools to enhance research quality.

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries about our services, provide product information, and address any concerns they may have. You will also work closely with the scientific team to relay information and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism in dealing with patient inquiries and fostering a positive relationship with customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services and offerings.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continual service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of customer support processes and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
