Not Your Typical Employee Experience/ People Coordinator Role

This isnโ€™t your typical Employee Experience/ People Coordinator role. Weโ€™re a fast-scaling fintech payments startup where youโ€™ll build, innovate, and make an impact from day one. If youโ€™re looking for cushy corporate comfort, this isnโ€™t the place. But if youโ€™re ready to roll up your sleeves, navigate chaos, and help shape the future of payments - read on.

Weโ€™re Navro, a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup, and weโ€™re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive People Coordinator to support our People team. Youโ€™ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth recruitment operations, scheduling, and candidate experience across multiple time zones. This isnโ€™t a passenger role - weโ€™re bringing you in for your expertise and relentless drive to make an impact.

Who We Are

We are transforming payments for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. As the worldโ€™s first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders. Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. We canโ€™t be. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time - contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say weโ€™ll deliver, failure isnโ€™t an option. If we donโ€™t do what we said we would, people donโ€™t get paid - not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages. That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work. No excuses. No passengers. No tolerance for politics or mediocrity.

What This Role Demands:

You Own It โ€“ Youโ€™re accountable for our London office, ensuring it runs smoothly, managing office supplies, booking meeting rooms, and greeting candidates. You also coordinate scheduling requests, team training, and interviews. If something needs to be done, you make it happen.

You Take Initiative โ€“ If an interview process is clunky or a calendar system isnโ€™t working, you take the lead in fixing it. If the office isnโ€™t up to scratch and people are leaving their stuff everywhere, you step in and ensure a tidy, welcoming space for employees and visitors.

You Ask the Hard Questions โ€“ You challenge processes, seek efficiency, and make us better. How can we make scheduling smoother? How do we create an even better candidate experience? How can we optimise office management?

You Fix Whatโ€™s Broken โ€“ If a process isnโ€™t working, you donโ€™t just flag itโ€”you solve it. Whether itโ€™s coordinating interviews, improving onboarding, or ensuring the office is running like a well-oiled machine, you step up.

Youโ€™re Hands-On โ€“ One minute, you're coordinating interviews across EMEA, the next you're booking rooms, setting up spaces for meetings, or welcoming candidates. You donโ€™t mind getting stuck in to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You Thrive in Chaos โ€“ Startups are messy. Priorities shift, calendars get double-booked, and schedules change at the last minute. You stay calm, keep things organised, and make it all work.

You Handle the Pressure โ€“ Fast-paced. High stakes. You balance multiple projects, manage tight timelines, and keep moving forward.

Youโ€™re Here for the Journey โ€“ This is career-defining. Itโ€™s hard, rewarding, and not for the faint-hearted. If youโ€™re ready to grow alongside Navro, letโ€™s build something amazing together.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including booking meeting rooms and ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Supporting interview scheduling across EMEA and beyond.
  • Welcoming candidates for on-site interviews, ensuring they have a great first impression.
  • Managing high-volume requests and coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Arranging travel details and in-person interviews when needed.
  • Assisting in preparing employment contracts and ensuring compliance with hiring processes.
  • Working closely with the People Partner and People Operations Specialist to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Championing candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Adapting quickly to changing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Supporting wider People Team objectives where required.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

Office & Scheduling Pro โ€“ You balance office coordination, scheduling interviews, and managing logistics with ease.

Detail-Obsessed โ€“ Nothing slips through the cracks. You double-check every detail to ensure a seamless experience.

Candidate Champion โ€“ You understand that hiring is more than logistics; itโ€™s about creating an exceptional first impression and candidate experience.

Communication Guru โ€“ You liaise seamlessly with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters across different regions.

Problem Solver โ€“ You find solutions quickly and keep processes running efficiently.

Collaborator Extraordinaire โ€“ You work seamlessly across teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and efficient office operations
