About the Company:

This role is for one of our internal companies, a leading due diligence and risk assessment firm specializing in online businesses and digital assets. They provide in-depth financial, operational, and technical audits to help investors make informed acquisition decisions. Clients rely on them to verify businesses, uncover risks, and identify growth opportunities before investing.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Assist with the month-end booking process
  • Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Perform cost accrual accounting
  • Input manual journal entries into Xero and QuickBooks
  • Grow your accounting skills with hands-on experience

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong English skills
  • Currently enrolled in an accounting-related program
  • Eager to learn bookkeeping and accounting processes
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet
  • Familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is a plus (but not required)
