Job Brief:

We are seeking friendly and efficient Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team, focused on driver onboarding. You will be responsible for making outbound welcome calls to new drivers, providing them with essential information about our platform, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience, while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed daily call targets (e.g., 120 calls).
  • Make outbound calls to new drivers, warmly welcoming them to the platform.
  • Clearly and concisely explain the platform's features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Effectively communicate current promotions, offers, and incentives available to drivers.
  • Answer driver questions accurately and professionally, addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Document all call details, including driver feedback, questions, and outcomes, in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
  • Proactively identify and escalate any technical issues or driver concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, policy changes, and new promotions.
