Join our dynamic SDR team as one of the pioneers in our Mid-Market initiatives! You’ll play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential B2B clients (+100 FTEs) that can fill the pipeline and have a tangible impact to Ooodles growth.


With 1+ years of sales experience under your belt β€” preferably in the B2B/SaaS arena β€” you have a track record of exceeding quotas and are eager to dive into the world of B2B sales. Your analytical mindset and results-oriented approach mean that no task is too big or too small for you!

  • Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers to spark interest in our technology and build a strong pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions within the CRM.
  • In cooperation with the Demand-Gen Marketing team, provide feedback and help identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook.
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services add-ons.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives/senior leaders.Β 
  • Prepare weekly reports to track your progress and identify opportunities for improvement.


Experience and Skills


  • 1+years of experience in sales - you have a track record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales and marketing organization.
  • Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics).
  • Fast thinker, fast-executer, self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker.
  • A down-to-earth, good-humored, kind person, like everyone else at Ooodles.


LocationΒ 


  • London (office 1 day a week, 2 days remote and 2 days out meeting prospects).
  • You must be resident and legally allowed to work in the UK.
