Social Media Manager - Strategy & Content Creation - freelance & 100% remote

We’re expanding, and we need a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to help us make an impact!

Are you passionate about social media and content creation? Do you love being in front of the camera and know how to connect with an audience in a real, engaging way? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content—but builds a movement, shaping conversations and bringing our brand to life across platforms.

Tasks

• Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy focused on bras, period underwear, and body education.
• Create 4-5 engaging video pieces per week, from trending shorts to deep-dive educational content.
• Research and produce insightful, value-driven content that educates women about their bodies, their cycles, and finding the perfect fit.
• Establish an authentic connection with our audience, ensuring Gotyu remains relatable, inspiring, and community-driven.
• Own the creative process from ideation to execution—without needing extensive briefs.

Requirements

• You are a content creator/social media manager with at least 1 year of experience.
• You are able to strategize and execute content independently - no micromanagement, just creativity and results.
• You are comfortable creating influencer-style content and showcasing lingerie and period underwear.
• You have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to craft visually appealing, high-quality content.
• You are confident and natural in front of the camera.
• You have a solid grasp of social media trends and audience engagement.
• You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
