As the initial wave of remote work that swept through many organisations in 2020 subsides, numerous employers are transitioning staff back to the office. Whilst some companies are mandating a full return to the office, others are opting for a hybrid model, requiring employees to be in the office for a few days each week.Β Employers cite various reasons for this return to in-person work, including the belief that the office environment enhances employee productivity, the desire for greater control over employee activities, and the importance of fostering a strong company culture. Additionally, companies have made significant investments in corporate real estate and are keen to see a return on these investments.
