What you’ll be up to:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings between teams, managers and departments
  • Assistance to Team Members and Senior Management: Assist team members in completing assigned tasks and projects
  • Data: Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets

  • Processing payments: Handling payments, invoices, and receivables, and ensuring they are processed accurately and on time 
  • Reconciling: Reconciling bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies 
  • Monitoring: Monitoring expenses and keeping records for tax purposes 


What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an Admin Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent organizational and time management skills. Here are the key requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Proficient in Slack, Monday and Zoho/ Xero would be great advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.

    • Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion
    • Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
    • We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
    • We’re a fully remote team, so no 8 am commutes into work
    • Work hard, play hard – we offer a minimum of 34 holidays a year (2 weeks of which can be taken over Christmas)
