Your Title: Administrative Coordinator


Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA


You Report To: Manager, Funding


Compensation: $19.11/hour plus a bonus!


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm EST


About the Opportunity:


First Help Financial, voted and certified as a โ€œGreat Place to Workโ€ by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The Administrative Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to address incoming calls and visitors and to manage the departmentโ€™s file package storage system. This role is important to the Funding departmentโ€™s efficiency and the companyโ€™s ability to retrieve and analyze historical information about our loans.


What you will do:


Responsibilities are, but not limited to:


  • Call insurance agents to retrieve insurance binders.
  • Draft RISC corrections letters and request RISC corrections letters to be mailed.
  • Monitor faxes and shared insurance inboxes.
  • Handle a high outbound call volume, 80+ calls a day.
  • Communicate all updates effectively and in a timely manner with fellow employees.
  • Assist Managers with department projects.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may apply.

What you bring:


  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives.
  • Must have prior Excel experience (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
