What you will be doing? 

  • Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way 
  • You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions 
  • Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media 
  • Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client  
  • Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador 

What skills & experience will you bring to us? 

  • A fluent level of Polish & English with exceptional grammar and spelling skills 
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service 
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy 
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving 

What do we offer? 

  • Start date: 6th of December
  • Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period) 
  • Part time: (20 hours/week) 
  • Working days/Hours:  Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, rotative shift between 11:00pm to 5:00am (4h/day)
  • Salary:  8993€ gross per year
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives 
  • Holidays:  2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu 
  • Working From Home: Anywhere in Spain
  • Training: 1 week of full time online training, from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
