CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST


We're seeking dedicated, energetic, and highly motivated Customer Support Agents to join our Artist Support team. As part of this team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to Pirate artists globally. Candidates should be intrigued by the intersection of music and technology, possess a strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles, and demonstrate self-starting capabilities. Prior experience with audio equipment is a plus.


Responsibilities include assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email, managing bookings and account queries, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing administrative tasks, and communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team.


We are seeking two evening positions covering the evening shift patterns 20.30pm-02.30am.


Role 1 - 3 x 6hour shifts = total of 18 hours contracted per week on a a salary of Β£10,707.84


Role 2 - 4 x 6hour shifts = total of 24 hours contracted per week on a a salary of Β£14,277.12


Both positions have the opportunity to do overtime in addition to their contracted hours. This is a temporary position until the end of January with the opportunity to turn into a permanent position.


WHO YOU ARE


  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ideally, prior experience working with audio equipment.
