Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that support business goals.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate analysis.
  • Design and implement data collection systems and data analytics processes to improve data quality.
  • Perform statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization.
  • Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data-related concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
