Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all important documents and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
