Founders Associate (f/m/x)

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Be the founders’ right hand and support and relieve Matthias and Marius with daily tasks and initiatives, enabling them to focus on growing atmio
• Initiate and take full ownership of operational projects and drive them forward proactively
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the founders on strategic and operational decisions, bringing fresh ideas and critical thinking to the table.

Skills & experience you will need 💪

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experiences in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC…)
• Proven record of high-impact projects with heart and passion
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Fluent in both English and German
