Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee engagement campaigns aligned with company values.
  • Use analytics to track engagement and improve communication campaigns.
  • Continuously refine initiatives based on feedback and metrics.
  • Create engaging content for various channels to inform and connect employees.
  • Work with departments to drive initiatives for talent attraction and retention.
  • Monitor trends to enhance our brand reputation.
  • Manage projects aimed at improving the employee experience.
  • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, adhering to policies and legal standards.
  • Provide insights and data to the HR Director and Executive Board.
  • Support the selection and implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as requested by the HR Director or HR Business Partner.Β 


This is a Hybrid role – you are expected to attend our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells at least three times a week.


We are looking for individuals with a background in administration, HR, customer facing roles or similar, we don’t mind as long as your CV demonstrates:


  • Experience in an employee engagement focused role.
  • Experience driving company engagement surveys, administrating performance review processes, and developing internal communications.Β 
  • An understanding of how people and culture integrate into a company’s overall business strategy and goals.
  • You have worked within an HR team, you are a player who is keen to support organisational objectives, and exhibits ownership, creativity, and curiosity.
  • An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently and within set deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A CIPD Level 3 qualification or studying toward the qualification or relevant experience is beneficial but not essential.
