About the role


Join our Internal Sales Team based in Brighton, where you'll manage the communications between Paxton and our customers. You'll be managing your own account base, engaging and building relationships with our customers, alongside supporting the Field Sales teams to book meetings and identify opportunities and trends.


  • Engage and build relationships with your own customer base, cross-sell products, provide training, and host webinars. 
  • Collaborate with sales and management to plan targeted campaigns and timelines. 
  • Conduct call campaigns and achieve monthly KPIs. 
  • Qualify inbound sales meetings and schedule as needed. 
  • Providing product quotations to customers, supporting design solutions from technical drawings and specification.
  • Share feedback to field sales team on opportunities, objections, and market trends with the sales team. 
  • Support sales events by attending exhibitions, seminars, and other customer-facing events. 
  • Collaborate with other departments such to achieve UK Sales team targets, such as Marketing & Product teams.

What are we looking for?


  • Previous experience in a similar or sales based role, managing your own client base with KPIs & targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve customer success.
