About the role/ Your mission


As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing insights that help drive strategic decision-making within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their finance career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.



Your Responsibilities


  • Financial Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Reporting: Support the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes by preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics and active involvement in development & automation of business reporting processes.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to support senior management in decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather data and provide financial insights.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the development of financial models to support business initiatives.


The ideal candidate will have the following Competencies


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;  familiarity with CRM Software (eg. Salesforce)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail; capable of interpreting complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey financial information clearly.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Other: Proactive & creative approach to problem solving, Strong time management skills, adaptability and willingness  to learn new metrics, tools and methodologies, strong business acumen


Nice to have:


  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR).
  • Experience with cloud based  financial planning software and/or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience in working with SQL query language
