We are a growing consulting firm seeking a Marketing Associate to help build and execute our marketing strategy. As a key member of our small but mighty team, you will take the lead on marketing initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and bring our brand to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute the marketing strategyβ€”managing campaigns, content, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing initiatives.
  • Create engaging content across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Support and represent our brand at industry events.
  • Analyze marketing efforts and optimize strategies for growth.


Getting Started:

We like transparency and know you probably don't want to apply to a mystery job, so here's a rough idea of what you can expect:

On your first day you will:

  • Get all the basics set up with our Ops team.
  • Meet the crew during a virtual welcome lunch!
  • Shadow your new teammates

In the first week you will:

  • Gain familiarity with our business and processes by working directly with your team and clients.
  • Gain familiarity with our marketing objectives
  • Begin your training in the monday.com platform

In the first month you will:

  • Develop your own content and social calendars
  • Have a solid idea of how you’d like to develop our initial overall strategy
  • Participate in internal weekly calls

In the first three months you will:

  • Have developed multiple campaigns and provided closing data
  • Develop a deep understanding of monday.com in order to produce quality content
  • Work autonomously on the marketing plan to keep it on track
  • Set long-term growth goals with your team leader to continue your professional development.

Timeline & Hiring Process:

1. Video Interview - qualified candidates are invited to meet with our team so we can meet the human behind the application and provide more information about the job.
2. Presentation - candidates invited to this step are asked to give a brief presentation on a topic provided by our team.

3. Leadership Interview - candidates invited to this step will have a chat with our managing director.

4. Offer - We will offer a position to the best candidate.

You Are:

  • In the continental United States (Unfortunately, we’re unable to hire internationally or sponsor visas at this time)
  • Have 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Experience in marketing automation and communications
  • Experienced with developing your own calendars for content and social
  • Driven & dedicated to QUICKLY advancing your career and skillset - we promote from within!
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • A natural problem-solver who is curious about creating efficiencies
