About the role: 



As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of meaningful projects that drive innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. You’ll collaborate closely with a team dedicated to delivering clear and engaging communications that highlight the success and progression of cutting-edge projects.


In this role, you’ll help shape how stories are shared, promote internal knowledge-sharing, and highlight key achievements. Your work will involve everything from creating and curating content to analyzing the effectiveness of communications, ensuring that messaging resonates across a wide audience. If you’re passionate about contributing to important projects and developing your marketing skills, this role offers the perfect platform.



Here's what the role looks like:



  • Collate and curate content for newsletters, ensuring internal and external communications stay engaging and informative.
  • Develop success stories that spotlight major achievements and milestones in critical energy projects.
  • Create and maintain guides with helpful hints and tips for users of our internal communication tools.
  • Analyze communication data and provide insights to improve engagement and performance.
  • Manage SharePoint content by creating pages and ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for internal teams.
  • Support ongoing marketing efforts by contributing to a variety of content and communication projects as needed.

  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, especially in newsletters, success stories, and informational guides.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience in SharePoint content creation (i.e., building pages and managing updates).
  • Familiarity with communication analytics, with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
