We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling and executing marketing campaigns. With a strong focus on original content creation and user-generated content (UGC), you’ll work closely with various stakeholders.Β  Your role will be integral to supporting student recruitment targets by implementing seasonal nurture and conversion campaigns, curating compelling user stories, sourcing, and managing UGC, and creating engaging written copy for multiple platforms. Β You’ll develop structured social media plans to enhance the LFA online community and amplify authentic student experiences. Β Β

Key Accountabilities


  • Content creation, generation and coordination

Key Responsibilities


  • Write compelling and engaging high-quality copy and articles across all our channels, including blog, email, web and social media.
  • Create copy and content for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Implement the social media strategy across the selected channels.
  • Confidently proofread and feedback on work from colleagues to ensure consistency of style and the production of high-quality materials.
  • Support on crucial LFA events, including the annual showcase, open days, and
  • Β student recruitment events.
  • Keep in touch with the LFA current students and alumni to capture success stories.
  • Critically evaluate ideas and information in line with the LFA style guide.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media channels.
  • Organise and maintain digital assets and infrastructure of marketing materials.
  • Support building online communities (platforms/social media) and the Events Coordinator in organising events.


Essential Skills


  • Proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Experience of using of using CMS systems.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong writing skills for different audiences.
  • Attention to detail and producing work to the highest standards.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design i.e. Canva.
  • Ability to track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Experience in supporting virtual and in-person events i.e. open house
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Role Details


Salary: Β£27k - Β£31k per annum


Hours of Work: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends when required


Based: 52a Walham Grove, London SW6 1QR, hybrid working options are available
