As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Northwest & Eastern Europe, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping us bring the power of digital coaching to new markets. Your mission is to drive customer acquisition, build strong relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our New Business team. #TheSkyIsTheLimit

What You’ll Do

• Identify & Engage: Research and connect with key decision-makers across target companies through email, phone, and social media.
• Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with prospects to initiate long-term partnerships.
• Drive Growth: Contribute to expanding our market presence by strategically identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives to create winning strategies that drive revenue.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce to optimize your outreach and pipeline management.

• Proactive & Analytical: You enjoy engaging with people and take a structured approach to your work.
• Sales-Driven: You have some experience in sales or a client-facing role, with a solid understanding of sales processes.
• Goal-Oriented: You’re motivated by ambitious targets and thrive in a high-energy environment.
• Strong Communicator: You’re a natural at building relationships and collaborating in a team.
• Independent & Entrepreneurial: You take ownership of your work and seek out opportunities to grow.
• Language Skills: Fluent English is required; Dutch or a Nordic language is a must
