As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in guiding families through their educational journey, helping students take their first steps towards achieving their goals. If you thrive in a people-focused, target-driven environment, this role is for you.

The Role

What You’ll Do

• Manage Enquiries & Leads: Handle incoming enquiries via Missive and Podium, sharing details about our programs, trial bookings, and enrolment options.

• Drive Enrolments: Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents, converting interest into enrolments by showcasing the value of Contour’s offerings.

• Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed enrolment goals by managing a robust sales pipeline, maximising every opportunity to connect and engage.

• Provide Insights: Share feedback and ideas with the Sales Team Leader to enhance processes and improve conversion rates.

Experience Requirements

📜 Completed the VCE and Performed Well

🎓 Bachelor's Degree (or currently studying) in Commerce//Business or a related field

🕒 Prior Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre and/or Sales Experience (ideal)

🗓️ Full Academic Year Commitment (e.g. no overseas exchange trips for 8 weeks :()

⏳  Ability to Commit to Hours (e.g. can't constantly reschedule or miss work)

🚗 Travel to Melbourne CBD

🤫 Sign an NDA (e.g. can't distribute our resources/company info to others)

❌ Agree to a non-compete clause (e.g. you can't sell similar services for others, exceptions apply, check with us!)

🎓 Past VCE Graduate (we still accept applications from non-VCE graduates in exceptional circumstances!)
