We are partnering with some of the world’s biggest QSR brands to deliver innovative solutions that transform how they do business. To help us deliver on our vision, we are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Auckland.

 

About the role

 

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and project outcomes. You’ll assist the wider Fingermark team in coordinating and executing projects while building and maintaining positive client relationships within the New Zealand market.

 

This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with our clients, gain hands-on experience with the full Fingermark solution set, and ensure we consistently deliver great customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in contributing to Fingermark’s overall growth and success.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology and the ability to communicate effectively across various customer functions, including Marketing, Operations, and IT.

 

About you

 

We understand you may not have every skill listed, and that’s okay! If you have a good mix of the following and a drive to learn, we’d love to hear from you:

 

  • Understanding of restaurant operations, preferably in a quick service environment
  • Excited about technology and data, and how they can drive real-time and strategic decisions
  • A good conceptual understanding of AI, including generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Some experience with the following technologies: Point of Sale Systems, Database Architecture, Computer Vision, Reporting, Network Technology
  • A successful track record of driving business outcomes and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to dive in with both hands!
